Marketplace & Software License Terms

Marketplace role

SG Trade Pro operates a marketplace for MetaTrader indicators, trading systems, Expert Advisors and related digital trading software. A product page identifies the product, platform, price and seller. Products may be offered directly by SG Trade Pro or by an independent developer. Independent sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product information and for rights they claim in their products, subject to SG Trade Pro marketplace review and platform rules.

Accounts and purchases

Customers must provide accurate account information and keep account credentials secure. Paid access is provided after successful payment confirmation. Payments may be processed or facilitated through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, including connected seller accounts where applicable.

Personal software license

Unless a product page or seller-specific license states otherwise, a purchase grants the purchasing customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the downloaded software. Software may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, shared, repackaged, falsely represented as another party's product or used in a way that violates applicable intellectual-property rights.

Seller products

For independent seller products, the seller shown on the product page is the developer or marketplace seller associated with that listing. SG Trade Pro may review listings, files and seller status before publication, but marketplace review does not constitute a guarantee of trading performance, profitability, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular trading strategy.

Seller fees and marketplace commission

Unless an individual seller rate is shown in Seller Center, SG Trade Pro charges a platform commission of 15.00% on each successfully completed independent-seller marketplace sale. The current default listing fee is $0.00 and the current default monthly seller fee is $0.00. Seller-specific commission rates may be set by SG Trade Pro Owner Admin. The applicable commission is calculated at checkout and recorded with the transaction. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes and payment-processing costs may affect final seller proceeds where applicable.

Activation controls and downloads

A product or license may be limited to approved MetaTrader account numbers, broker servers, platforms, devices or a stated number of activations. Download access and activation resets may be subject to the applicable product policy, security controls and purchase record.

Updates and compatibility

Product versions, MetaTrader compatibility, broker behavior and supported environments can change. Product pages should be reviewed for current requirements. Updates or continued compatibility are not guaranteed indefinitely unless expressly stated for a particular product.

Purchase acknowledgement

For paid digital products, customers may be required to affirm the Trading Risk Disclosure, these terms and the Refund Policy before checkout. Digital access may be issued promptly after successful payment. Any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and platform integrity

Users may not attempt to bypass licensing or download controls, interfere with the marketplace, access another person's account, upload malicious or unlawful material, manipulate reviews or transactions, or use SG Trade Pro for fraud, infringement or other unlawful activity. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect customers, sellers or the platform.

Transaction and security records

SG Trade Pro may retain reasonable transaction-security records associated with purchases and seller activity, including acceptance timestamps, payment identifiers, product/version details, license issuance, download activity, activation records, IP address and browser/device information, for support, security, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

No trading guarantee or investment advice

Products on SG Trade Pro are market-analysis, automation or decision-support tools. Neither SG Trade Pro nor the presence of a product in the marketplace guarantees that any signal, strategy, indicator or automated system will be profitable. SG Trade Pro does not provide personalized investment advice through marketplace listings.

Refunds and support

Refund requests and digital-delivery issues are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. For order, download, installation or marketplace assistance, use the Support Center.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as marketplace features, payment methods or legal requirements evolve. Changes apply prospectively except where applicable law requires otherwise.
