Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, purchase and order records, product licenses, download history, support requests, seller profile and onboarding information, product listings, payout-account status, and technical/security information such as IP address, browser or device information and relevant activity logs.

Marketplace purchases and payments

SG Trade Pro uses payment providers such as Stripe to facilitate checkout and, where applicable, payments involving independent marketplace sellers. Payment-card details are entered into the payment provider's checkout environment and are not intended to be stored directly by SG Trade Pro. We may receive and retain payment identifiers, payment status, amounts, seller/account references and other transaction information needed to confirm purchases, provide downloads, support customers, prevent fraud and handle disputes.

Seller information

Independent developers and sellers may provide business or individual profile information, contact details, website information, product information and payout/onboarding status. Public seller names, developer names, biographies, websites and published product information may appear on marketplace pages. Private onboarding and payment-account information is used to operate seller services and is not published unless specifically identified as public profile information.

How information is used

Information may be used to create and secure accounts, operate the marketplace, review and publish listings, process and verify purchases, provide licensed downloads, maintain transaction records, administer seller payouts, provide customer and seller support, detect abuse or fraud, improve site reliability and comply with legal or payment-network obligations.

Service providers

We may use service providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, authentication, analytics and other infrastructure. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Transaction security and dispute records

For paid digital products, we may record checkout acknowledgements, order/payment identifiers, product and version details, license issuance, download and activation activity, IP address and browser/device information. These records help deliver purchased software, protect accounts, prevent fraud, provide support, verify transactions and respond to payment disputes.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, product delivery, support, security, financial records, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may contact SG Trade Pro through the Support Center to request help with account information or privacy-related questions. Available access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights may depend on your location and applicable law. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained even after an account request.

Trading information

SG Trade Pro does not use account or transaction records to make personalized trading decisions for customers. Marketplace products are trading software and analytical tools; please also review the Trading Risk Disclosure.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the marketplace, payment methods or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
